  Mediocre service. Waited through half meal before we got sweeter for drinks. Sandwich cold but soup good. Room for improvement for sure.

  Pick up and Go... Used to be quick.. Couple months ago waited for 5 minutes before anyone even came out.
  Tonight I placed my order at 5:35. I was to pick up in 10 minutes. Receipt did say pick up 5:45. I purposely arrived at 5:50 due to last times wait. I sit and wait.. 8 minutes before he even comes out. He asks my name ( mind you, I did tell the order taker my car make and color) then he goes over to the vehicle that just arrived before he came out. He comes out with their order... Goes back in gets more of their order.. At 6:01, he comes back out with receipts that need signed for credit card ..at 6:03 I finally have our order. I am only 5 minutes from that restuarant..my husband's fries were barely warm. I will NEVER use pick up anymore. My husband said we will NEVER go to Applebee's again.
  I did give 2 stars.. My salad was very good. My husband said his burger was very good.
  It disappoints me. Our town is limited to restuarants that have a good "home cooked meal" flavor. I hope someone reads these. The only way to fix this problem is to make a change. I hope they don't use the Friday busy time as an excuse either. If it is busy, then allow more time to be said to pick up.
